MW Digital Designer
Location: London
Placement: Temp-to-perm
Our client is a major online, music, news and entertainment provider. Essentially looking for an experienced MW Web/Digital Designer to support their commercial advertising teams.
The role offers the opportunity to work on advertising campaigns for a range of well-respected brands. Developing creative, yet consumer focused web design from mock-ups through to the final production of microsites, newsletters and online advertising.
Essential Programme Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator
- Coding knowledge of XHTML, CSS with knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with rich media design, content and builds.
- Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browser testing, understanding of SEO, accessibility etc.
Essentials Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience – ideally within a marketing environment for an agency or publisher.
- A portfolio of live sites or marketing campaigns, in which you have played a significant design role. (e.g. you must have developed most of the site or the online campaign design or design direction)
- Able to respond well to direction under pressure and within short time scales
- Able to bring commercial proposals to life through the development of client focused mock-ups.
