Customer Intelligence Analyst skilled in manipulating large customer data sets, applying a range of analytical techniques, and presenting actionable insight to clients, required by an international data consultancy in London.
Working with clients and internal analysts you will help solve specific business questions by carrying out analysis on client customer data. Using data from multiple sources (including Loyalty card and transactional etc.) you will be applying analytical techniques such as Data mining, segmentation, predictive modelling, and propensity modelling to solve business problems, suggest changes to marketing strategy, and to help support current strategy.
You will be degree educated (ideally in mathematical or statistical discipline) and possess around 5+ years commercial experience in an analytical role. You will be well versed in SPSS (and ideally SAS) along with SQL. You should have exposure to using a range of analytical techniques including Data mining, segmentation, and regression. The abilitty to present findings to senior stake holders is essential.
Any team leading experience would be a plus.
