Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and managing a small team, you will have overall responsibility for all in-store communications globally. You will create and manage the entire in-store customer journey, focusing on driving excellence and differentiation across all messaging. You will be responsible for all retail POS communications and brand messaging to highlight all products, promotions, loyalty & brand initiatives, as well as managing their global agency relationships for POP / BTL.

You will be creative and innovative, able to engage customers throughout their store experience and journey, adopting customer feedback and a "test & learn" approach to advise and continually improve effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have proven in-store marketing experience gained in a large and well respected International brand, with excellent relationship management skills and well developed business maturity. Personally you will be a high-energy and creative individual, able to work autonomously in a global environment.
