WHAT it's about:
As the team leader of this high achiever team, you will be playing a critical role to grow the company's revenues and continues building its good brand name.
The key responsibilities include:
- Develop sales strategies, plan and identifies blue ocean strategies to drive sales revenue
- Maintain key relationship, grow business with existing clientele and explore new business opportunities in the market (direct clients & media agencies)
- Manage team budget, resource; monitor team performance and set sales target for the team
- Drive competitor and trend analysis, ensure competitive pricing in the market
- Foster good relationship with cross functional team for projects/campaigns deliveries
WHAT you'll need:
In addition to have at least 6-8 years experience in sales/business development, leading a team with exposure in the on/offline ad sales, media or in the interactive environment, you should also;
- Proven track record both at individual level and leading a team of sales professional
- Experience in create and execute successful campaigns for clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership experience
- Strong analytic, problem solving, organisational and planning skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen and eye for details
- Passion with sales, enjoys meeting people and good at maintaining relationship
- Consultative selling, strong negotiation and presentation skills
