WHAT you'll be doing:
Working with this fun, dynamic and fastest growing organisation, your main duties as the online Advertising Sales Manager is to maintain key relationship, grow size of business with existing clientele and explore new business opportunities in the market. You are expected to increase revenue and drive the organisation to the next level. You must have good understanding of online advertising business, with great passion in sales, strong relationship building skill with direct client and media agencies to be success in this role.
 
You will be hands on in terms of research, identify, prioritise and target prospective advertisers. A deep understanding of the online industry's trends, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance the organisation vision within the marketplace will be added advantages contributing to the success for the role.
 
WHAT you'll need:
In addition to have at least 2 years sales experience, including on/offline ad sales, media, and interactive environment you should also have,

• Can do, no fear to lose attitude and hardworking
• Energetic, independent and enthusiastic with good attention to detail
• Consultative selling, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Be meticulous, self-motivated, and do independent lead generation, cold calling and closing.
