Analytics Manager - Customer Loyalty

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding and fast-moving analytics and insight team for an experienced analytics professional. Heading up the insight function this is an opportunity for an ambitious hands-on expert to really make their mark on the team. This role is based in Central London.

THE COMPANY

This large retail organisation is heavily investing into its existing analytics function and is looking to expand its campaign execution, analysis and planning functions. They are looking to better understand and target their customers, impacting their loyalty, through highly personalised campaigns.

THE ROLE

Within this position you will have hands-on insight and campaign analysts reporting directly into you. Being responsible for leading analytical projects you will also have an understanding of the complex analysis, segmentations, propensity modelling and insight that will be undertaken, and their impact on the overall strategic direction of the projects. In the commercially driven role you will be helping the company better understand and communicate with their customers, thus increasing overall success and ROI.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will display the following skills and experience:

  • Solid background and understanding of complex customer analysis and insight, with a detailed knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques such as segmentations, propensity modelling, targeting and profiling.
  • You will be commercially driven, managing projects in order to increase overall ROI.
  • Knowledge of analytical and campaign management tools such as SAS, SQL, Alterian, Omniture, etc, would be useful in this position.
  • Previous experience of working within a retail of FMCG environment would be highly advantageous.
  • A good degree in a relevant subject. For example, mathematics, statistics, etc.



THE BENEFITS

You can expect to earn up to £70,000 + bonus + benefits within this position.
