Ecommerce Creative Manager
Salary: £35k – £45k

This is a hands-on role, requiring a talented digital designer with management experience to work closely with the ecommerce & design teams to deliver a consistent creative vision. The main function of this role is to ensure a consistent look & feel is carried across multichannel platforms (online, mobile & apps across websites, 3rd party sites and instore).

You will be required to:
• Create, lead and manage the design direction & ecommerce designers
• Develop, inspire, lead and manage the design team & their workload – prioritising requests, ensuring projects are delivered consistently, to brief and to deadline.
• Evaluate the current site, identify improvements, maximise and extend the digital proposition.
• Interact with on & off line creative teams, engage with stakeholders (up to Director level).
• Juggling multiple projects, delivering material with pace & accuracy, balancing quality & quantity

Essential skills:
• Hands-on Digital Design with management experience
• Experience taking established brands to the next level
• Solid technical knowledge and an understanding of usability
• Experience working across all digital mediums, platforms & applications (flash, video, mobile, social media)
