Auditions Manager

Blues Skies are lucky enough to be working on an outstanding role for an award winning Experiential Agency. Do you want to be part of a team of extremely ambitious, successful and passionate people? This agency care for their staff and reward for work well done! Large social budgets, team trips away and great offices in a North London location. The role of Auditions Co-Ordinator is incredibly demanding, perhaps you will have a recruitment background? Or large scale events?

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of staff database
- Implement and coordinate recruitment process and strategies
- Manage own workload
- Ensure all audition venues are up agency standards
- Tailor Audition activities to specific brief
- Assist Auditions Manager and staffing director
- Feedback to staffing team on outcome of auditions
- Target relevant brand ambassadors
- Complete relevant admin within 48hrs of Auditions completion
- Manage a team to 2 Account Executives

Skills:
- Capable of working to a budget
- Good use of time management
- Be enthusiastic and motivational
- Strong relationships building skills
- Be proactive and able to use own initiative
- Staffing agency experience essential

Package:
Salary up to £25k
25 days holiday annually
