Senior Account Manager

Salary £30,000 -£32,000

We have a vacancy for a Senior Account Manager to join the Bournemouth team to manage the day to day account delivery and take responsibility for managing the activities of an Account Executive and a Marketing Data Analyst. It is envisaged that this team, and with it the levels of responsibility, will expand and cover any new Trade Business wins.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • To ensure the perfect delivery of all client needs across accounts.
  • To manage an account executive and Marketing Data Analyst‘s personal development and performance and that their work is accurate and on time
  • To very closely monitor, manage and optimise budgets.
  • Responsible for liaising with Printers and 3rd party suppliers and ensuring that accurate Production Estimates and Quotes are obtained and supplied on time to client
  • To work with the creative team to deliver creative that always pushes the client brief ensuring proactivity is at the heart of everything we do.
  • To work with the Digital Team and ensure that web site and data bases are accurate and up to date
  • To develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client and become the ‘go to’ person for all day to day queries and issues.
  • To think proactively on behalf of clients and the agency.
  • Develop a deep working knowledge of the clients business and sector and use this knowledge to make recommendations and proposals.
  • To manage resources within the team and agency to achieve the highest level of excellence for the client.
  • To be viewed by the clients as critical to the success of their business.
  • To ensure that the standard of service provided to clients continually meets and exceeds clients expectations.
  • Accountable for personal administration, ensuring all timesheets are submitted regularly and that the Concept details are up to date.
