One of Manchester's most respected creative agencies, specialising in design and digital is looking for an Account Manager to join their client services team.
You will work alongside an Account Director and Senior Project Manager across the whole range of the agency's accounts, including some big names in the music and entertainment world! You will manage the client briefs and ensure that everyone in the agency understands what is required. You will liaise with the project manager and studio co-ordinator, ensuring that your clients expectations are met.
The majority of your workload will be working across digital campaigns (predominantly web design and build), although there will be a lot of crossover with integrated marketing campaigns and branding/design projects, so experience of working across both on- and off-line campaigns is important.
You MUST have come from an agency-side background (clientside applicants will not be considered) and you will have worked on highly creative design and digital projects for well-known brands. You will be a well-organised candidate with excellent communication skills, as you will be involved with a large number of people, both internally and externally.
