A leading European Gaming business are looking for a Research analyst to work across a wide and varied range of projects within the Insights Team to assist in fulfilling the research and analysis needs of the business.

This exciting role will afford the opportunity to explore Customer opinions and behaviour around the key touch points of a multi-channel Brand, and assist in converting the resulting Customer insight into action, enabling the Brand to build brand equity, develop products/experiences, stimulate spend and improve retention and loyalty.

Working within a small team means that this is a hands-on role where you will be fully involved, will have the opportunity develop your knowledge, abilities and career in an aligning business and develop an appreciation of commercial implications of research & insights findings.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in the gaming / leisure sector coupled with experience of Ad-hoc research experience either from the agency or client-side. Be highly numerate and data literate, with experience of analysing large amounts of different types of data, within a commercial environment
