Due to expansion this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a multiple award winning Birmingham based design agency boasting a diverse and ever expanding client portfolio.
You will need to have significant agency experience to be able to assist the Creative Director in providing creative solutions to client briefs from initial concept through the development process to final approval including full responsibility of arranging artwork sign-off and final print check. You will be responsible for the creation of design concepts, presenting ideas to clients, providing support, and inspiration to the junior members of the team as well as being able to demonstrate superb knowledge of social marketing, and how social marketing techniques can be used to create advertising campaigns. It is essential that you are able to manage a wide range of client projects, including fully researching and interpreting the current marketplace(s) and understanding how to tailor bespoke client campaigns with a full appreciation of creating relevant and effective design concepts for your clients.
As a person, you will have at least three years’ agency experience and happy to be ‘right-hand-man’ to their Creative Director. You will need to be presentable and capable of presenting your ideas in a professional manner to clients, comfortable with communicating with external contacts and suppliers, have a proactive and positive attitude and able to use your own initiative working effectively and efficiently as part of a vibrant and busy team. In addition you will be fully conversant with Adobe Creative Suite, have an excellent eye for attention to detail in all aspects of the job and have an excellent command of the English language, including writing copy.
