Exciting new opportunity for a UX Designer to work in the training department of a leading British online and high street retailer. This is a brand new role for the company and it is vital that they recruit a special someone who can really enhance their client’s user experience.
The main responsibilties of this role is to design innovative call guide screens that represent and enhance the company’s brand, you will be working closely with the Call Guide Architect and managers within the business and you will be responsible for product research, designing and creating commercial solutions to enhance the customer journey experience. You will provide ideas, make suggestions and solve problems with a user focused design approach and present creative ideas to Senior Managers.
You will need to have previous experience working in creative design within a fast moving commercial environment, be experienced in user experience design, have the ability to resolve problems using your own initiative and you must have a natural flair for design and creativity. It is essential that you are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver with knowledge of working with HTML/CSS. Please note that as there is some required travel between the two sites you will need to have your own transport.
