Email Marketing Specialist - Sport Agency
Our client is a fast growing agency working with sports clubs, leagues, federations and events to help them build stronger relationships with their customers. They use data to help their clients improve customer service levels, grow their revenues and build more efficient organisations.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead their outbound email communications efforts across their diverse client base. To date they have concentrated their efforts on the provision of CRM solutions to clients but with their rapid expansion and innovative approach they are keen to offer clients a full digital service. Working alongside their team of client project managers and analysts you will have the ability to be analytical - look at data and spot trends - and then be creative - based on that data build a campaign structure and narrative and advise on building marketing communications campaigns. You may have a broader digital marketing remit but your core strength must be designing, implementing and delivering e-mail campaigns that deliver ROI. You might currently be working at an e-communications agency, a digital agency or perhaps have a planning background. A sports background is not necessary. In addition you must have great academics, emotional intelligence, a passion for sport and great client servicing skills.
