Retention and Insight Manager - Consumer Online Brand
They are looking for an ambitious Retention & Insight Manager who will help to establish their brand as a market leader in terms of how they use their retention to build meaningful and long lasting relationships with customers. Loyalty is an area they are looking to develop and therefore you must be capable of developing a loyalty strategy aimed at engaging and retaining customers, through a range of loyalty tactics.
You must have worked in digital marketing with demonstrable experience in retention, CRM, loyalty and insight. This is a highly data driven environment and you should therefore be able to use data and your analytical skills to draw out useful insight to enhance your strategic thinking. You must have had previous responsibility for organising, analysing and deriving insights from diverse data sources and will have a solid data analysis and interpretation background.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven and able to influence stakeholders across the business and will be extremely results focused.
