A leading and award winning digital agency are looking for an ambitious Client Services Director to join the team to play a pivotal role in both strategic and operational development and management of the business.



As a CSD you will work closely with the board and MDs developing strategic plans for growing the value of an established client base and winning new relationships with leading brands across business sectors.



Key responsibilities:



Delivering against business performance targets by building long term, profitable client relationships to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
You will lead a Client Services Team which is already delivering against its targets and take this team to the next level through introducing innovative new services
You will play an important role in their business strategy function, working with the company's leadership team to deliver against an exciting and ambitious vision.
You will provide market and client insights to inform and guide decision-making.
You will bring new and innovative ideas to the business that will help us successfully sell the company's proposition and identify opportunities to expand and create goodwill in the market; both in the UK and internationally.
You will take ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with the operational plans for the business and ensure contractual arrangements which hit the company's profit targets.
You will lead the company's new business operation
You will use your experience to mentor and develop the ADs and ensure they act as strong line managers for the AMs.


Skills and experience required:



You will already be a veteran in the world of agency selling and client relationship building, with a strong track record of hitting targets and helping agencies to grow.
You will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the digital agency space and be able to provide insight on the market and current client needs.
A proven track record of delivering against sales targets in excess of £5M p.a.
Successful sales of complex service offerings in consulting, design and marketing
An understanding of the digital agency landscape particularly around UX
Experience in managing teams successfully to targets
Sector knowledge in Financial Services, Telco, Retail, FMCG & Media
