Business Development Manager
Summary
A leading global business sector focused association is expanding their Hong Kong team and is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow their sponsorship’s revenue and to be responsible for exhibition and event sponsorship sales.
Responsibilities
- Sponsorship sales, advertising, digital media and selling of exhibition space
- Manage client relationship in the telecommunications industry
- Develop new businesses from Greater China technology industry and liaise with various industry manufacturers
- Develop and execute sales plan to meet and exceed targets
- Account management and development
- Liaise directly with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Finance
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sponsorship event sales, advertising sales
- Sound knowledge of the telecom industry desirable but not essential
- A strong track record of hitting sales targets
- Fluency in English, plus another Asian language (other than Chinese) a bonus
- Strong networking skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter and organized
- Frequent travel to China expected
