Client Project Leader - Sports Agency
Our client is a young and exciting new agency working with sports clubs, leagues and federations to help them build stronger relationships with their customers through CRM. They use data to help their clients improve customer service levels, grow their revenues and build more efficient organisations.
As Client Project Leader you will take ownership of client relationships and therefore be able to engage and impress at Chief Executive level. You must possess a blend of the following skills – a track record of delivering complex change-orientated projects in a fast moving, customer-orientated business, a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by CRM processes and systems in business, be highly numerate - able to articulate ideas and marketing strategy on the back of data insight and have a strong understanding of the digital space, particularly email communications.
You must have the ability to work at pace and yet retain a keen attention to detail, be a good leader, a real self-starter, intuitive and absolutely must have a passion for sport.
