Sales Manager- Social Media

Our client is a leading digital and technology company in APAC and they're looking to build a solid team to specialize in their social media product offerings in South East Asia.

The Sales Manager would be required to manage the team that will be developing business with advertisers and agencies in Southeast Asia.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  
- Build and scale the sales team that will be focused on selling social media products
- Demonstrate the products can be leveraged to connect with consumers
- Create and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, key local and multinational clients, government entities, etc.
- Sell and execute effective campaigns, measure results and renew up-sell to drive revenue growth
- Improve sales in the country and ensure that all plans are strategically aligned with global objectives
- Inspire and lead the sales team, and drive them to superior achievements
 
 
Required Skills:
 
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus.
- 3-4 years of management experience and commercial responsibility,
- Preferably experience working within the digital advertising industry
- Possesses an influential set of local business contacts and relationships
- Demonstrated leadership skills combined with a confident, influential personality
- Superior presentation skills, written, oral and verbal; intuitive people management skills
- Ability to travel
- Fluent in English
