Job Description
­  Campaign management for B2C account which involve driving digital initiatives across the region
­  Adaptation of global strategies to address local nuances
­  Management of key market planning teams to ensure delivery of client-specified business KPIs
­  Evaluate and recommend optimization of campaigns performance based on analysis of both media & business metrics 
Candidate requirements
­  University graduate with 4-5 years of experience in Media Planning
­  Experience in digital planning and online campaign management
­  Ability to work with a range of people, including clients, sales people and to managing a team
­  Experience in analyzing research data to determine best placement for the client's needs
­  Professional appearance and persona
­  Strong presentation & written communication skills
­  Must be well organized
­  Team player, demonstrable experience in project management and thrive under tight deadline pressure
