UX Designer - £40 - £50k - Internet retailer - Herts
A British internet retailer, based in Hertfordshire (half an hour train journey from Central London) is looking for a UX Designer to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities
-Creating inspirational design and concepts.
-Generating UI elements for websites and mobile apps.
-Collaborating with IA, web and mobile developers.
-Creating UI design according to wireframes/IA researches.
-Designing high quality UI elements (iconography, button library and pattern, colour palettes and animation/transitions).
Skills
-A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in interactive media or visual communication design or similar subject.
-Proven post-graduation UX design and commercial design experience.
-Excellent working knowledge of Design/IA/UX software (eg Adobe CS, OmniGraffle, Axure, SVN tools).
-Knowledge of HTML and CSS will be an advantage.
-Solid portfolio with a range of interface design that can provide links and demonstrate work / projects.
Be organised and processed-oriented.
