International Marketing Solution Agency is looking for an experienced Data Analytics/Market Research professional to join at Manager with knowledge or experience in account servicing to take care of the firm’s most prestigious clients

The Role:
- Be the major contact point to clients, you will perform market research projects (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Track and report performance of programs and to improve insufficiency
- Lead Account Managers and Executives
The Candidate
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Mathematics and/or Statistics related discipline
- At least 5 years experience in a Research/Analytics services firm, ideally with experience in Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Loyalty Programs
- Solid working experience in data analytics or research both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to transform research findings into comprehensible presentation and actionable marketing campaigns
- Exposure in airlines, hotels sector is preferred
- Hands-on experience in project management
- Excellent Cantonese and English a must, fluent Mandarin a plus
