A large financial services organization.
Manage the social media analytical requirements for Marketing and broader teams, regularly reporting on key topics/trends to lead stakeholder insight. Create marketing campaign analysis and subsequent recommendations for teams to inform future strategy.
*Create the digital dashboard on a regular basis (daily, weekly and monthly) and identify suitable insights to surface for distinct teams and often very senior stakeholders
*Build on findings to make recommendations for future activity and strategy
*Lead on marketing campaign evaluation from paid social media, through to owned social spaces, advising teams of potential changes to improve performance
*Build relationships and information sharing across teams, including with Digital Analytics
The Social Media analyst will have knowledge of :
*Background in social media, data analytics and performance management is a must
*Expertise in social media analytical tools is a must
*An understanding of digital marketing is preferred
*Good communication skills with multiple stakeholders is important
