Reporting to the Head of Communications you will drive and manage the companies social platform through creative and engaging initiatives, taking responsibility for creating and promoting projects to engage their global workforce, driving traffic to the Intranet and increasing communication will all levels of staff.

With the intention of building a community and identifying on-line user needs and opportunities, you will adopt a 'test and learn' approach, providing the appropriate engagement strategies, virtual training modules, functionalities, alerts and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a large complex environment, perhaps gained in an internal communications or social engagement capacity. Personally you will have the motivation and strength to work in a fast paced environment, with experience creating and driving successful engagement strategies.
