Creative Services Manager - Design Agency
This is a hybrid role, split between studio and creative services management. The role of Creative Services Manager is to sit at the centre of the agency, liaising between account management and studio across multiple offices (the agency have offices around UK.) The aim of the Creative Services Manager is to ensure profitability within resourcing and ensure the very best in creative output.
- Managing studio schedule
- Ensuring sign-offs and proof checking
- Taking briefs, booking resource and ensuring process runs smoothly
- Build relationships with design studio
- Questioning briefs to ensure time is booked correctly
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a creative services role. An understanding of the design process, art-working and retail print is essential. In addition, the ideal candidate would be organised and have second-to-none financial capabilities -this is vital as you will be reporting back on KPIs and agency budgets.
