Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager - Consumer Retail Brand
The ideal candidate for this role will be commercially astute, constantly developing new online opportunities to increase sales. You will also possess proven digital acquisition and retention experience preferably within a retail environment. Reporting in to the Ecommerce Manager and with have 4 direct reports, you will be a key figure in the implementation and delivery of the digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition and customer retention.
You will be a creative digital marketer, able to deliver innovative campaigns to generate high levels of traffic both in the UK and internationally. You will lead and develop all online marketing channels including Email, SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing and Display Advertising and will plan and deliver a CRM programme.
You MUST be a collaborative individual, able to manage and lead a team but also retain a hands on and tactical approach. You will be an expert in the digital arena and will have demonstrable experience of driving sales and managing Email, CRM, PPC, SEO, Display and Affiliate Marketing. You must be passionate about the brand and will understand the customer.
The successful candidate will be confident presenting to the Board on ROI and developments. You will be able to deal with a multitude of Senior Stakeholders and will be able to multi task and work under pressure and with enthusiasm.
