Head of Marketing - innovative, ambitious digital agency

Engaging and influencing at board level, you`ll lead the marketing, brand, communications and business development activities from strategy to implementation and evaluation, inspiring your team to deliver quality campaigns and initiatives to drive client acquisition, raise the profile and brand awareness, boost the awesome reputation, and attract the brightest and very best talent.

Marketing communications, PR, thought leadership, website management, social media, CRM, email strategy, brand development, business development, and lead generation will all be big parts of your role, with a focus on effectively integrating sales and marketing. Through multichannel campaign activity and segmentation of target vertical markets, you`ll ensure the agency is connecting with the right prospects, and delivering the right messages to the best audiences in an intelligent, creative and innovative way.

You`ll be driven by results, return and get a kick out of making a real difference to the bottom line. Making it your mission to get under the skin of all stakeholders, you`ll be all over the latest trends, knowing what`s hot to get people talking, and create real stand out in the digital world.

To stand out from the crowd, you`ll offer proven success of delivering effective integrated marketing solutions, with strong PR experience, gained in a Marketing Manager role clientside or for a digital/marketing agency. A proven track record of segmenting and targeting vertical markets would be highly advantageous. Degree educated and ideally a CIM / CAM qualification, you`ll be strategic thinker, a happy do-er, and a marketing genius with sound understanding of online and offline media.

With the perfect balance of commercial awareness and creative flair, you`ll have excellent project management and prioritisation skills, along with the ability to channel the energies of others to deliver exceptional results. Exposure to the retail, leisure, travel or financial sector would be a bonus.

In return, you can expect a salary of up to £50K and a great agency to be a part of who not only love their work, but are pretty good at it too!
