The Heart Story Researcher will use a range of tactics to acquire, retain and develop key relationships and stories among some of the thousands of people we work with and support. Each story represents the BHF brand and will be used to demonstrate the many areas of work we fund.

We are looking for applicants who have outstanding written and verbal communication skills alongside an ability to work to short deadlines. The role requires a flair for concise yet powerful copy writing that can be packaged up and used across all of our channels.

Confidence and the ability to develop new relationships is key. As well as external communications, you will be required to liaise with colleagues across the charity and respond to their variety of demands. The role will require a degree of flexibility i.e. working some evenings and maybe weekends to reach the right people at the right time.

N.B. This a 12 month fixed term contract.
