Further information

Our client is one of the leading providers of cloud-based communication software in Europe. They have a multi-disciplinary team of over 300 staff across their HQ in London (N1), and satellite offices in United States and South Africa. They are growing at a phenomenal rate, with plans to hire a further 100 team members in the coming year, including the addition of a user experience team. The company culture is intentionally flat and open - with the aim of giving all staff a voice and influence in terms of bettering customer service, internal operations and the working experience for staff.

Within this role you will have the scope to set the strategic and tactical research agenda, whilst planning and executing qualitative/quantitative research projects in accordance with that agenda. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to enhance the User Experience across an entire portfolio of products and collaborate with colleagues to ensure products are useful and usable.

The Head of UX is fully bought in to user experience research and the value it can add to product development and the business as a whole. In order to qualify you must be a seasoned researcher with experience of user-centred research covering end-to-end user centred design projects across both web and mobile products.
