Within this role you will have the scope to set the strategic and tactical research agenda, whilst planning and executing qualitative/quantitative research projects in accordance with that agenda. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to enhance the User Experience across an entire portfolio of products and collaborate with colleagues to ensure products are useful and usable.
The Head of UX is fully bought in to user experience research and the value it can add to product development and the business as a whole. In order to qualify you must be a seasoned researcher with experience of user-centred research covering end-to-end user centred design projects across both web and mobile products. You must have excellent qualitative/quantitative research skills, strong knowledge of web analytics tools and a passion for user-centred design.
