Digital Production Manager

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Production Manager to join our team in North Devon. You will be part of the Digital team, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of all work from strategy and creative concepts through to user experience, design, development and testing whilst keeping an eye on the profitability of projects.   

You will be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and will work closely with the project management, digital creative and development teams, servicing all of the agency needs.  

 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:  

• Trafficking of all work through the Digital Experience and development teams

• Ensuring all work is scheduled 

• Discussing any issues arising from scheduling with Client Services and the Digital Management team/project managers

• Liaising between Client Services and Digital project management to manage workflow with least interruption to creative and development teams

• Working with Digital Management team to understand project value and so be able to  prioritise resource  accordingly

• Understanding individuals skillset and experience to be able to match the right resource with the project requirements

• Making  sure the right resources are allocated correctly and efficiently

• Identifying and engaging with suitable outsource partners when resources are required, both within our group of sister companies and externally.

• Maintaining quality control by ensuring the briefs and requirements received are of a suitable quality to be scheduled and to push back for further definition when needed

• Understanding the brief and requirements to a level that will enable you to allocate to the right group/individual for estimating and allocate to the right group/individual for resourcing

• To be the first point of contact for Client Service teams enquiring about new digital projects, providing initial assessment and suitable guidance.

• Working with the creative and development teams to estimate on briefs

• Identifying day to day issues and resolve them with individuals

• Chairing weekly resource meetings    

 

You’ll have experience in a digital and/or integrated agency working on digital projects together with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end digital production processes.
