Social Media Manager
The ideal candidate would have come from an Agency or a creative background.
The candidate should have a keen interest in arts and media and have knowledge and practice in digital strategy.
With the changes to Facebook's advertising model, a brand's community is more reliant than ever on integrating content and advertising on the platform - however, Facebook isn't the only space where a community may exist. You will be managing communities on multiple channels - social, owned, offline - and should have experience in doing this. Primarily you'll be working in B2C focused communities. You should be able to identify and respond to communities within a brand's tone of voice with minimal oversight. You should have some experience with CSR in this manner as well.
