DSP Sales Manager - Germany

Hamburg€45000 - €55000 per annum + + commission





Skills

  • Business degree or equivalent education in relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of Sales experience at an Ad Network, Publisher or Agency.


  • Good knowledge about the Real Time Bidding and the performance marketing sector.


  • Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial, strong negotiator


  • An excellent network of online advertisers and media agencies.


  • Strong commercial awareness of how businesses make money and what their challenges are.


  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive.


  • Fluent English and German







Tasks


  • Win new customers and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.


  • Research, network and initiate contact with prospective clients


  • Consulting of advertisers and media agencies on the planning and execution regarding all aspects of their real time advertising strategy.


  • Close collaboration with the central teams for Account Management, Client Services, Product Development and Marketing


  • Produce presentations and proposals with the Client Services team and present them on decision maker level at the client


  • Supporting the growth and strategic development of the German office in Hamburg
