A fast moving Online Marketplace Start-Up is expanding and has a superb opportunity for a talented Website & CRM Executive to join their small yet dynamic marketing team. Reporting into the Website & CRM Manager you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and onsite conversions.
You will support website development, site enhancement and new functionality projects as well as assist with the creation of well targeted email and onsite activity including measurement, analysis and reporting on campaign success. Further, you will manage and optimize CRM programmes and identify new opportunities for driving customer engagement and onsite conversions. You will take responsibility for ensuring website copy and CRM activity is compliant with UK legislation and data protection and will assist in regular reporting and competitor monitoring.
To be considered for this role you will be passionate about all things digital and will have a proven track record in delivering innovation and effective CRM campaigns. A thorough understanding of online/direct marketing principles and techniques is required as is the ability to develop and execute digital strategies using data with the confidence to present findings. Further, you will be able to demonstrate experience of multi-variant and AB testing across digital marketing channels and possess a highly analytical and numerate approach to marketing. Knowledge of web analytics tools would be advantageous.
