Web Conversion Manager (FTC)
This is a highly responsible role for a skilled Web Conversion Manager to cover a 9-12 month maternity contract with a national consumer brand based in York. You will join a very established and talented web and digital marketing team where you will take full ownership of the web and mobile portfolio.
Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of all online experiences you will be responsible for all B2B and B2C websites, mircosites, white labels and mobile sites, focussing on conversion and optimisation. Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders you will work to research, develop and propose plans to improve the customer experience and improve conversion rates, conduct in house usability testing, constantly review competitor activity and ultimately project manage of the whole department.
To be considered for this role you must have significant experience working within an e-commerce role with a strong focus on online customer experience. You will have a working and proven knowledge of usability and conversion, analytics and AB testing and MVT tools and techniques. You must be a solid project manager with the ability to manage a team effectively. Agency or clientside candidates will be considered.
