THE COMPANY

Based in London this role will see you joining a new entertainment company responsible for some of the nation's best-known publications across print and digital. Now they are looking for an Insight Executive to provide insight and research support to the commercial sales and publishing teams across print and digital, enabling them to successfully exploit selling opportunities and develop propositions.

THE ROLE

Providing insight and research support to the commercial sales and publishing teams, the Insight Executive will have the following responsibilities:

*Develop a deep knowledge about one of the key category areas for the company becoming an expert in this category and advising the business accordingly
*Conducting ad effectiveness research on the panel to include initial client briefings, survey writing, designing and deployment for each phase of fieldwork, analysing and delivering results to clients
*Conducting research on the panel to help support publishing strategies and inform NPD
*Proactively supporting and participating in brand strategy days, delivering research and insight to inform both the sales teams and publishing strategies for the year ahead
*Incorporating publishing and editorial research into sales materials where appropriate to enhance sales stories and provide additional reader/user insight

YOU

Our superb client is looking for a proactive Insight Executive who is flexible, organised and accurate with a strong attention to detail. Other essential requirements are:

*Proven track record of insight experience
*An excellent understanding of the research processes and techniques, including experience of questionnaire/survey writing, design and presenting
*Good experience of industry research tools, systems and information sources such as: IMS (NRS, TGI, YTGI, TGI.NET), NMR (MMS, Medialog, MedClass, Ad Dynamix)
*Strong project planning skills to manage multiple projects and work streams
*Ideally consumer publishing industry background
