DIGITAL BOARD DIRECTOR - IMPRESSIVE AGENCY!
This is one of the finest digital opportunities currently on the market. My client is a prestigious media agency that is winning new business and continuing to grow at a rapid pace. Your role as Business Director will be all-encompassing. You will be responsible for the agency's most important client, a massive entertainment brand that is known throughout homes all over the UK.
As Business Director you will devise award winning cross-platform digital strategy, be a key part of the agency's new business team, develop new ways of driving digital revenue for the agency, guide a fast growing and ambitious digital team as well as forge the very strongest of client relationships at a senior level.
You will be seen as a digital guru - someone who guides the digital philosophies of the agency. The role comes with massive responsibility and will challenge and reward in equal measure. The role is brand focussed but you will need to have an appreciation of how brand and performance work together across all platforms to deliver award winning campaigns.
The client is one of the biggest spenders out there. It wants to be first at everything and throws huge amount of money at creative, ground breaking digital ideas.

You will need to have all the usual requirements for a top BD position at a leading media agency including:
Have an expert knowledge of the online marketplace, including display, social, video, search, affiliates, email and mobile.
Have a proven track record in overseeing clients through the strategic planning and delivery processes from strategic planning, campaign briefing, planning, implementation, management & optimisation and reporting.
Have a real passion for digital and be aware of the ever changing opportunities on offer to clients.
Have the ability to lead, manage, motivate and stimulate your team; being approachable and an ambassador for digital both internally and externally.
Impeccable account management / client servicing skills.
