My client is currently seeking a ‘hands on’ Head of Creative to develop and lead their Milton Keynes-based design team at an integrated marketing communications agency. They have been trading since 1997 and have a team of 15.
As Head of Creative you will ensure that all clients receive innovative and strongly conceptual creative campaigns. Leading and inspiring the design team, you’ll ensure that all creative work is to the agency’s high standards and delivers according to our clients’ objectives.
You will work closely with the management team and act as creative brand guardian of the agency’s client roster, as well as support the on-going development of the agency to ensure we stand out in a fun and professional way.
As a part of this small, dynamic agency, you will need to strike a balance between team management and working on your own creative projects, where you will be expected to work from concept through to completed design. They are particularly keen to extend their digital expertise/offering so experience on integrated campaigns would be advantageous.

· A clear and confident communicator who can influence and inspire
· Good attention to detail
· Someone highly motivated to produce the best possible work and motivate their team
· Must have current agency experience
· Accountable and personable, with a sense of humour
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, who has probably been in a Senior Designer role for the past few years and is ready for the next step up the ladder. It will have its challenging times; however you will be rewarded for the value you bring to the agency.
