Account Director - Partnership Marketing
This Partnership Marketing agency are well established and best known for creating strategic partnerships for big brands within the entertainment and leisure sectors. They have a fun, friendly feel to the office and it's definitely more of a creative environment than a corporate one.
They are looking to hire an Account Director who will come from a BTL marketing agency background. Experience of partnership marketing is favoured but by no means essential. You'll most likely have been working for an integrated agency on B2C campaigns preferably incorporating partnerships somewhere along the line - you'll at least need an interest in this growing area of marketing!
You will be expected to line manage two or three people so experience of doing so previously is useful. There is also the opportunity to move into a Senior AD/CSD role depending on you're existing experience and they would consider a SAM looking to move up to AD level at this stage too.
You'll be given lots of trust and autonomy from day one and will report directly to the MD who will provide plenty of support to get you started.
