POS Manager - Top-Tier FMCG
This role will very much focus on brand activation in-store, managing everything from media to print to ensure that shoppers are won time and time again through creative and inspiring campaigns. With such a strong portfolio, the relationships within the retailers are excellent, so this person will have the opportunity and resources to really inspire shopper choice.
As such, this person will come either from an integrated agency where there has been a real focus on POS, or alternatively another top-tier FMCG company in a similar role, perhaps shopper marketing.
An understanding of creative, media, digital and print will be essential . Sitting in a team of 5, this person will have a POS executive reporting directly and this person themself will report directly into the Head of Shopper Marketing.
