Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, PPC, SEM, Social) required b
You will need to be a confident Digital Marketer encompassing all channels of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SEM, Social). The specific channels which are proving most effective for them are focussed around Paid Search, specifically SEO and PPC. It is vitally important that you are confident in all areas of paid, and also have an appreciation (and belief) in effective Social marketing as this is a route which in the future they will be looking to exploit more.
You will be responsible for devising Digital strategy for 2013/2014 from the ground up. You'll be looking after the key campaigns and reporting back to the Head of Marketing on their effectiveness based on ROI. To help you achieve your goals / vision you'll have a team of 6 which you'll manage these guys include SEO and PPC specialists, content writers, email marketer and a Social media specialists. Although you'll be placing faith in your team to pull your weight, it's important to these guys that you're able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience needed for such a role.
The company do have expansion plans for late 2013 so the opportunity for career development is unrivalled. There is not current Head of Digital Operations, it's expected that the chosen applicant over the course of the next year (if successful) will move into such a remit late 2013 something for you to work hard for.
