As eCRM Executive, you will play a key role in planning, developing and implementing eCRM activity for a major brand. You will use email, SMS and other forms of online communication to drive back customers back into controlled channels. Using customer data, you will make observations and recommendations on improving strategy, business processes, activity and technical capabilities.
This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced eCRM Executive to assume responsibility for a high profile operation within a well-respected and evolving company. Due to location of their offices this role is commutable from Chesham, Amersham, Beaconsfield,High Wycombe, Slough and Watford.
