Our client is one of the leading UK multi channel retailers offering stylish, high quality, great value clothing and home products, as well as outstanding quality foods. They are market leaders in many categories and have an urgency vacancy as a Lead Customer Data Analyst.

The Customer Insight Analyst will be required to undertake analysis to provide the team with a robust understanding of their UK & International customer, how they shop and how marketing campaigns and trading initiatives change customer behaviour.

As Customer Insight Analyst you will periodically update key customer segmentations for email marketing and evaluate the overall impact of mailing activity. You will provide analysis of offline and online campaign initiatives, promotional activity, vouchers and specifically across multi channel touch points with the customer (desktop, mobile, and touch screen ordering points).

To be considered for this role you must have experience with SAS, SQL and data manipulation with strong experience of data mining large databases an experience using web analytics tools. A degree in Maths or Statistics is preferred as it experience utilising skills in a retail company. You MUST have multichannel experience across desktop, mobile and touch screen.
