The ideal candidate will have significant destination marketing experience in a service sector environment (including but not exclusive to exhibitions, tourism or hospitality) with a focus on the customer experience. Experience at a senior level in delivering integrated marketing solutions across a range of different types of client, both B2B and B2C is also a must. You will have demonstrable experience of leading and managing complex brand architecture as well as product development and launch, based upon insight/data led approaches. Not to mention highly developed people management skills with the ability to performance manage, motivate and lead a team and build relationships at senior level.
