We are working with an established Luxury Menswear brand who are known for the quality of products and fit. They have a worldwide client based and a loyal following and are working on a number of new and exciting projects. You will be reporting directly into the MD and have the opportunity to work with a great forward thinking individual who is both entrepreneurial and inspiring.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a smaller business who is looking for a role that they can make their own. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the MD but also to be the person will be responsible for the strategic development of the brand and growing the customer base and sales.
Management and optimization of all aspects of e-commerce websites including catalogue, content, promotions and email campaigns to drive footfall, conversion and sale
Strategize and implement all online marketing activity including SEO, PPC and SMO, in line with budget, sales and proposed growth of website driving revenue and tracking ROI
Management of in-house blog function, coordinating with webhost team and RM in-house creative teams
Weekly reporting and analytics of website, including analysis and recommendations
CRM support through set up of ESP agency and online management of database and segmentation
Building affiliate programs to increase traffic and sales / liaise with promotional partners
Keeping up to date and researching latest online trends, competitor analysis and feeding back to MD
Research new ways for brand to be online – e.g., youtube channel, flicker, tumblr, instagram and innovate new ideas to keep brand digitally exciting and on trend
Act as central point of contact between all departments for digital activity
Brand site management of assets (including copyright,), upload of new content
Management of external agencies including set up of relevant and regular meetings to keep ideas fresh, up to date and cost driven for RM brand
Conduct online market research to gauge perception of RM brand out in the ether
Management of e-commerce function including: Working with sales to construct a concise buy and merchandising of site, Product photography, coding, editing and delivery, Asset delivery and all aspects of timely planning and coordination in conjunction with website host team
Optimization of online retail store including Product management (e.g., managing categories, new products)
Demonstrable experience in ecommerce, and digital fashion with an understanding of the luxury consumer
Strong ecommerce experience
Experience in putting together strategic ideas
