As a Digital Creative Services Assistant you will be responsible for overseeing a team of upto 50 people including designers and developers, and you will be working closely with a Digital Operations Manager
*You will be managing ongoing resource, updating internal clients on usage of resource versus budget
*Monitor workflow efficiency to ensure resource is maximized, and the timely delivery of projects
*Facilitate project-related team meetings
*Develop, maintain, and review all project documentation including status reports and post mortem reviews
*Develop production schedules, best practices and training documentation
You should have experience of working within an agency environment in a traffic, creative services or operations role
You should have the following experience and skills:
*Experience of production/ project management in a digital environment
*Experience of working with 3rd parties
*Experience of working with creatives
*Attention to detail
*Solutions orientated
