Using your commercial awareness and results driven approach, you will:

  • Use online marketing techniques to recruit, retain and develop donors
  • Create, plan, advise on and manage an extensive portfolio of new and existing projects and campaigns to deliver the best supporter experience
  • Work closely with digital fundraising colleagues to implement plans as part of Shelter’s three year strategy
  • Proactively manage external agencies and suppliers
  • Assist with the planning and managing of income and expenditure budgets

You’ll need:

  • Experience of digital marketing using online methods to recruit and develop customers/donors
  • A flair for analysis and good knowledge of digital analytics tools
  • Numeracy and accuracy plus a good understanding of database packages
  • A proven ability to prepare, maintain and report on income and expenditure budgets using spreadsheets
  • A collaborative way of working and excellent problem solving skills
