Interim (12 Months) Communications Executive

At present they require a Communications Executive to cover maternity leave for the next 12 months. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications you will be part of a close knit team of 3, along with a Communications Manager. Your primary responsibility will be dealing with various aspects of internal communications, with a minor aspect of external communications, managing the relationship with various agencies, corporate partners, identifying commercial partners and the wider European community. The internal communications will largely cover company conferences, events, intranet, group agility projects and entrepreneurship & innovation.
Following the 12 months, there is no set in stone progression plan, but the business will look at all possible avenues of permanent employment if the individual has shown passion for the business and brands and has excelled themselves.
To have a background in drinks would be an added bonus, but is by no means essential. What is essential is communications experience within a branded FMCG background. You will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing or PR role, and those with external communications experience who can prove their skills are transferrable will also be considered.
