My Client, an established online technology company, is looking for a Social Media Manager to implement and coordinate all of their Social Media activity in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented social media professional to join a company that has grown its staff size across the world by 30% in the past year. This role is to drive effective customer engagement and increase the numbers of customer via Social Media.

Successful candidates will specialise within Social Media but have an understanding of the wider digital marketing mix, determined and thrive off working in a fast paced environment.

Key Duties:


*Set up commercially relevant content solutions to build the company's visibility and engagement via social media

*Manage activity across all social media channels

*Moderate channels and ensure the wider teams provide prompt responses to customers

*Lead social media and be the day to day contact for agencies, run meetings, set priorities

*Contribute to content strategy by harnessing social listening abilities

*Build relationships across the business to maximise awareness of Social Media activity

*Monitor Social Media performance

*Develop social strategy

*Work with global teams to share best practice



Personal:

Must have a track record for developing social media strategy at a leading organisation, either client or agency side.


*Proven experience in driving business goals through the use of Social Media

*Understanding of the latest Social Media methodologies and tools

*Be able to identify opportunities to drive the key components of programme activities, including a deep understand of the use of content within social.

*Experienced in working in a multi-faceted environment

*Experienced in working with agencies

*Excellent communications skills
