The Account Director role

The role is to handle an international FMCG account.  The agency leads the brand creatively and strategically from London around the world.

It is an integrated role - for example the agency leads on digital - but TV is a key part of the job.

The account is all origination and this is a very exciting time to join.  The client is looking to re-position the brand and go for a new audience.  So you will be involved in blue sky strategic thinking in addition to handling inspirational creative.

The client is looking to get some creative awards under their belt so you will be handling some good work.

You will have a senior reporting line with quite a lot of autonomy.  You will be managing a bright ambitious team who are looking for a good role model they can look up to.

The agency is hot on career progression and there is good mentoring.
