Thee-Experience team focus on supporting their current and future customer base by designing, delivering and managing our clients online/digital sales, service and help channels; ensuring they are intuitive, efficient and built with the customers' needs at heart. The Self Service Engagement team exists to focus on creating a brilliantly easy, joined up customer experience across our digital estate, specifically embedding and championing our agenda of personalisation and humanisation, placing the customer firmly at the heart of what we do.
As Self Service Engagement Manager you will work closely with the teams across e-Experience, Customer Service group and Sales and Marketing to ensure consistency, simplicity and ease of experience on an on-going basis developing positive relationships across the different stakeholders groups. This will comprise of providing knowledge and expertise across a range of subject matter that impacts consistency as well as acting as product owner initiatives that cut across all areas of the sky
Passionate about Digital, Collaborative, Communicative, and Organised - you'll be a champion of user centred design practises adept at understanding and interpreting business and customer requirements and progressing them in an organised structured manner. A sound understanding of ecommerce, Digital, Mobile best practise, performance metrics, and development process' will enable you to effectively manage change into production through the development pipeline. Experience of agile development methodologies would be advantageous.

£45,000 to £50,000 + Bonus
